Mr. Rick Carlson, Pawnee Heights Physical Education teacher and coach, recently applied for and received two grants to help the school purchase new gear for the weight room. The Golden Belt grant was for $100 and 7 pairs of barbell clamps and 1/2" hex wrench were purchased. The Midwest Energy grant was for $145 and 5 bar barbell holders, 4 pair of wrist wraps, and 8lb medicine ball and a whistle were purchased. Thank you to both Golden Belt and Midwest Energy for your help with our physical education and athletic departments!
