Wanted to remind everyone that today's high school track meet at Ness City has been postponed and is rescheduled for Monday, April 25th at 3:00pm.
The Junior High meet that was postponed at Ellinwood on April 14h has been rescheduled for Monday, April 25 starting at 1:00pm.
Due to forecasted high winds and fire danger, the high school track meet scheduled for Ness City tomorrow, 4/12/2022 is postponed and rescheduled for Monday, April 25th at 3:00pm.
KAYS Community Easter Egg Hunt at Rozel was a success. Thank to all those who attended and to all the students who helped to make it possible.
A big THANK YOU goes out to those that came out and helped us begin to prepare for the opening of our new PreK - 2nd Grade Primary School! Those that helped but are not pictured include Tayler and Jaimie Hobbs, Cindy Colglazier, Glen McFan, Ben Zook, Nancy Wilson, Marlene Winters and Teresa Reece. We hope we didn't forget anyone because we appreciate everyone that helped! GO TIGERS!

Evan Seltmann along with his father Tim Seltmann signed his letter of intent to enroll at NCK Tech in Hays this fall.
The middle school track meet tomorrow at Ellinwood has been postponed to a later date. More information will be shared later.
Mrs. Hier ventured out to Jordaan Library this morning with the 8th grade class to see Mildred Schindler Janzen's book tour: "Surviving Hitler, Evading Stalin- One Woman's Remarkable Escape from Nazi Germany."
League Math Contest at Meade - Mental Math - for 6th Grade in 2nd Place, Cody Holste, for 7th Grade in 1st Place, Faith Hammeke, and for 8th Grade in 4th Place, Abby Hands and 10th Place, Kaylea Pelton. Geometry - for 6th grade in 2nd Place, Cody Holste and for 8th Grade in 5th Place, Abby Hands. Problem Solving - for 6th Grade in 4th Place, Cody Holste and 9th Place, Thomas Boese, for 8th Grade in 4th Place, Abby Hands. Way to go Tigers!
Today the Kdg, first and second graders visited the third, fourth, fifth and sixth grade classrooms to hand out Smarties, positive notes and even performed a cheer to encourage them to do their best on the test! Math state assessments start tomorrow. Go Tigers!
